Janet and Steve Walter were wonderful to work with and helped us find the property of our dreams! We are from Ohio and were in the market for a condo in the Sarasota area. We found the Walters through their website and they showed us multiple properties on our visit. We didn't find the right place, but they remembered a beautiful unit which had previously been on the market. They inquired with the previous sales agent and learned that the unit was about to be put back on the market. We were able to view this spectacular three bedroom oceanfront condo and purchased it off market. Without their close connection to the area, I do not believe it would've been possible for us to have access to this beautiful place. Once the contract was signed, they were incredibly efficient in helping acquire all of the necessary condo documents. They are also able to put us in touch with an excellent local real estate attorney and made the buying process as seamless as possible. Highly recommend!
