Grand Bay is a luxury waterfront condo on Sarasota Bay behind the gates of the Bay Isles community. The 272 residences are located in six updated towers. Unit sizes run from 1,200 for two-bedroom units up to over 4,000 square feet for three-bedrooms and larger four-bedroom penthouses.
