October 2025 Construction Update for Rosewood Residences Lido Key

Projected Delivery: 2nd Quarter 2026

The Rosewood Residences Lido Key continues to rise along Sarasota’s Gulf Coast, with construction entering its final phases. As of October 1, 2025, the project remains on schedule, and visible progress can be seen across every level of the building.

Construction Progress Highlights

Structure & Site Work

• Structural and site activities remain active across the property.

• Exterior stone finishes are underway.

• South ramp and storm trap system at the entrance are completed.

• Masonry remedial work continues, and flood vent installation is complete.

• North side underground structures are in progress.

Mechanical & Systems

• HVAC systems have been installed across all units.

• Air is operational on levels 4 through 10.

• Electrical work is ongoing, with hot checks completed to level 10 and trim work on levels 2, 3, and 11.

• Plumbing trim is advancing through level 8, and sprinklers are trimmed to level 11.

Finishes & Interiors

• Painting is 99% complete on levels 2 and 3, and the south side.

• Framing and drywall are largely complete throughout.

• Flooring, tile, and cabinetry installation are progressing through level 11.

• Countertops are installed in units on levels 4–7, with templating at level 10.

• Appliances are being installed on level 4.

• Unit doors, baseboards, and casings are complete through level 11.

Exterior & Amenities

• Stucco work is finished, except for the buckhoist area.

• Waterproofing of balconies is underway.

• The level 3 pool deck is being prepped for coping and tile installation.

• The north side of the building has limited availability, and interest in the 07 stack continues to grow as more buyers tour completed spaces.

What’s Next

The next phase will focus on final detailing, balcony waterproofing, and amenity finishes. Delivery remains targeted for Q2 2026, and buyers will continue receiving regular construction updates as key milestones are reached.
